Leaders and Dog Packs

Alex gave a passionate presentation on what is required to become a leader of change.  Using a “dog pack” analogy to explain how culture is driven by the “pack” leader’s behaviours and how this is essential to any culture within an organisation.

 

She described how being determined, passionate and enthusiastic in coaching leaders of organisations to change “their” behaviours, has ultimately brought a change in the culture and profit within their organisations.
